Delivery Information & Refund Policy

PRE-ORDERS: Pre-orders will be dispatched immediately the item is received by us. PLEASE NOTE: If you have ordered other items along with your pre-order, the order will, by default, be held until all items are received by us, and will be dispatched in one parcel. You can of course, order any non-pre-order items on a separate order if you want them dispatched as they arrive. If you have any queries about this, please let us know

LOCAL PICK UP: Our store is always available for Click and Collect orders. Our hours are 10am to 10 pm every weekday, and 10am to 6pm weekends.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection. Please check you have this before coming to the store.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: We post within the UK, using  Royal Mail’s second class parcel delivery option.

We are also able to offer Parcelforce Next Day Tracked delivery Monday to Friday (other deliveries available – ask for details). All parcels weighing more than 2kg are sent by Parcelforce by default.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We post within Europe, using Parcelforce International Tracked and Signed delivery. You will receive a tracking number and delivery updates once your parcel is dispatched. Please note that Games Workshop items can only be shipped to countries within the EU.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – IMPORT TAXES
We now post our international parcels Delivered Duty Unpaid. If you live outside the UK you may be subject to import taxes or customs duty. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any of these charges and we suggest you contact your local customs office to establish what charges you may or may not be liable for.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery and shipping information. We aim to dispatch orders within two working days.

RETURNS: Our returns policy lasts for 14 days. After 14 days, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. 

REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This can take up to 5 business days. We reserve the right to apply a small administrative charge to cover PayPal fees which we cannot recover.

SALE ITEMS: Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded. 

EXCHANGES: We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for any reason, send us an email at entoyment@gmail.com or call 01202 929449 and we can advise you of the best course of action.
