WARRIORS OF THE GREAT GRASS
In ancient days this hard, war-like people rode the waves raiding coastal settlements and living off the toil of others. Hunted down and nearly destroyed by High King Eridic III many centuries ago, their ships were burned and they were allowed to settle on the edge of the Great Grass. It was Wrolk the Fair who rose up to lead them then, establishing his new code for his people and the mandate that they must never live outside the law again. Although the bulk of their people are now farmers and herders, they have never forgotten their warrior past and are ever-ready to bring their mighty steeds to the High Queen’s defense.
