A peculiar herald clears a path through the common folk. Its pennant is held high announcing the arrival of the Queen Without A Crown – Mariel Vandestine – a member of Cerberus’s founding family.

Accompanied by her intimidating chamberlain, Hercules Bouys and with her pet homonculid scurrying behind, they are a curious sight. They are dressed in archaic attire – its meaning lost to the centuries – much like the family’s power and influence…
