Delivery Information

Shipping And Handling We post within the UK only at present, using standard delivery options. For all UK orders, we use Royal Mail's second class parcel delivery option. 

We are able to offer other delivery options upon request.


Delivery Schedule Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery and shipping information. We aim to despatch orders within five working days.


RETURNS:

Our returns policy lasts for 14 days. After 14 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This can take up to 10 business days.

 

SALE ITEMS:

Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES:

We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at entoyment@gmail.com and then send your item to:
